Fit Family Package
$340 – Four unique and stimulating weekly sessions designed to help families learn to exercise together through fun and challenging games and activities. Includes up to two adults and two children (additional charges apply for larger broods). Expires 60 days after purchase.
Race Training Package
$260 – Eight-session program to begin or enhance your training for any running distance from 5k to obstacle race to ultra marathon that includes training sessions, initial consultation and readiness assessments, nutritional advice and on-course fueling instructions. Also includes a customized written training plan for between sessions with detailed speedwork, elevation training, strength building exercises, stretches and mileage training. Expires three months after purchase.
Explore the Trails – Go on a guided tour of the top five sites for trail running or recreational hiking in Austin. Weekly sessions, one for each location, will introduce you to proper stretching, optimum gear, and other concepts to best explore our city’s lesser known green spaces. These are brisk walks lasting 30-45 minutes and appropriate for most fitness levels. Great for those new to the area, or long-term residents looking to take their workouts outside. Offered as a stand-alone package or a supplement for existing personal training clients. $130 per person; available for individuals or groups up to four. Expires three months after purchase.
