Work Out While Your Kids Play!

Join us for a 30-minute indoor group cardio and total body strength training workout for all fitness levels—progress towards your 2020 exercise goals while your kids have fun at Almost Grown Play Cafe and Coffee Bar. This fun, safe atmosphere provides a stimulating environment where children are able to exercise their imagination while enhancing their motor skills – and during this class, while you get your workout on! The unique open, blind-spot-free layout allows you to keep one eye on your squat form and one eye on your little one, no matter where their imagination takes them!

Tuesdays at 8:15am beginning February 4th

Parents (mamas, dads and grandparents welcome): $9/each, payable to Chapter Fitness via payment app (Venmo, Square Cash, or Paypal), check, or cash in exact change.

Children (required): Special discount admission of $6.50/child, payable to Almost Grown Play Café. Exclusive early opening time with re-entry to come back later and play if desired

At Almost Grown Play Café, 605 S. Bell Blvd, Cedar Park

RSVP to reserve your spot and prepay by emailing chapterfitness@gmail.com. Pre-registration is required; drop-ins will not be permitted. Must register by noon the Monday before the class.

Please arrive a few minutes early to finalize payment and get yourself and your child settled. While latecomers are welcome (because we all know the getting-kids-out-the-door struggle), class will begin promptly to respect everyone’s schedule. Please wear workout attire and footwear; feel free to bring an exercise mat or large towel (optional).

This class is nursing-, potty break-, snackmergency-friendly – we’re all parents and we will get our best workout in no matter what that little one needs in the moment.

Workout modifications will be given for all levels, if you’re just starting out or if you want to step it up a little extra that day. Like all Chapter Fitness sessions, there will be no gimmicks or confusing choreography, just fundamental exercises to get you stronger, get you sweating, and get your family ready for the good day ahead.
